Arsene Wenger Has finally proved his strength in the transfer market

Arsene Wenger has finally moved strongly in the transfer market and bought a Belgian Defender who would help him in his sloppy and porous defense to bring back the strong Arsenal FC glory. Arsene Wenger has made it clear that he is not going to compromise the signing of top notch footballers as he was the target of club abuse from the fans as a result of beening selfish in the transfer market.

He has also warned rich clubs which are disorganizing the preparation of his team as most of his players are being linked with a lure away from Arsenal FC which it is also perturbing him as a manager. This is really making most of the players unsettled as he has already seen what has already happened to Manchester United when the club lost two of it's best player in a period of two weeks

Ronaldo: I wanted to leave Manchester United Last summer

Christiano Ronaldo has revealed the soup that he wanted to leave Manchester United last year but was unable as Manchester United fought tooth and neck to retain him at Old Trafford. Ronaldo who had become indispensable to Sir Alex Ferguson as he always thought he was the best and so he had to become stubborn irritated the Manchester players and the couch at large. This prompted the coach to let him go as the club can not collapse because he has left.

Carlos Tevez saga is now over, who is next at Old Trafford

Well THANK GOD THIS SAGA IS OVER. I would have been ticked if we took 25 millions out of our Kitty for Carlito ( Carlos Tevez). Nothing against the man but we need more than a player with lots of effort. We need a goalscorer. The Benzema bid should go in next week along with the Valencia bid. Sale of some of the kids should cover Valencia as Whelan will probably want a couple of our kids and maybe Kit Kat. So, this would give us a winger and a striker. We have lots of cash left so a central midfielder or Silva for the left wing may be on the cards. Personally I believe Fletch, Carrick, Anderson and Hargo can do the job with Possebon coming along if we have strong wingers plus Rooney, Berbatov and Benzema up front. With a fit Wes Brown plus the twins, we are solid in defense. Villa will be a heck of a coup for Chelsea if they get him so fingers crossed for Alonzo and Mascherano taking a hike out of Anfield. Arsenal still need players and good luck to Manchester City in the buying spree. It will take a lot of money to convince top class players to join a team with their recent history (30 years) and no European competition or trophy. Oscar Wilde said that most Englishmen lead lives of quiet desperation. I think he meant Manchester City fans. I can't believe the childish bitter postings on this site from city fans but with Sheik rattle and role at the helm, perhaps a reduction in their mediocre is just round the corner and we are yet to see trophies coming to Manchester city.

Tevez leaves Man United, how possible to replace him

l am so saddened about the departure of (both) Ronaldo and Tevez. However big monies for Ronaldo is fine. what is not good is that Tevez will be leaving..l have seen Tevez relegated to the bench too many times and feel Manchester united management truly did not appreciate this fine player, now he will be going to the competition whom will appreciate his skills. let me stress that united will not replace these two world class football players next season..why..because players like Benzema and Ribrey refuse to come to Old Trafford. How many great players recently turned us down..Torres/Essien/Robbens/Ballack/Mikel/Benzema/Ribery..the list goes on..surely Manchester united one of the best clubs in all of football world should be able to purchase the world's number one best players,is it (possibly) the Manchester weather/Sir Alex Ferguson/the competition more aggressive.(or none of the above). l truly do not know, all l do know is that (fringe) players like welbeck/Malcheda/Gibson will not bring silverware to Old Trafford..no. It must be world class players in the open market. As of today no new signings and with over one hundred million cash in our transfer kitty (which will include Ronaldo monies) where are the world class football players to replace Ronaldo and now Tevez. No one. l am not been pessimistic or negative. l see the available players and none will replace Ronaldo and Tevez. please don't tell me Sir Alex Ferguson has replacements in his plans. There are no Tevez/Ronaldo's for sale and Real Madrid and other competition seems to be able to sign the best whom are available at this time..Tevez (possible) will sign for Chelsea/Liverpool/Manchester city (maybe) to our dismay and as yet have seen no world class players arriving at Old Trafford as replacements for Tevez and Ronaldo. let me stress,no world class players are available (or willing) to come to Old Trafford to replace Ronaldo and Tevez and let me again stress l am not negative, united will not sign the quality of Ronaldo and Tevez (Benzema/Ribery excluded) and these players will not come to United. Which makes me think a long season is ahead in 2009/2010..enough is said.

Chelsea FC: FA Cup Champions 2008/2009 season

Chelsea having lost all the hopes of getting a silverware this capitalized on the English FA cup which they won with ease. Having started on a low note after a powerful Saha shot in the first minute, Chelsea fought back with a much determined mood to eqaulise through Didier Drogba in the 26th minute.Drogba who is know to be a man of occassion on big games never disappointed Hiddink who wanted to leave at the end of the season with a title on his well decorated CV.

Frank Lampard whose pouching skills are like that of a vulture was also on target as usual as he was in the right place at the right time. Maouda was denied a goal as the third official never noticed it as the goal was on target. Chelsea finished high with a great determination and made them to retain the cup which they also won last season.

Manchester United:are you ready for the title crunch

Manchester United has an uphill task today ahead of Wigan Athletic as this team is battling relegation and so has to fight tooth and neck to remain in the Barclays premier league. Man united who are going in this game with an upper hand against Liverpool have to show that they have been a great team for the past three years and are above all the other teams. Wayne Rooney who started last derby on the bench is ought to come back and together with Rio Ferdinand and Paul Scoles who is believed to be the best midfielder of all times are being welcomed back into the team.

Ronaldo despite having a fury after being substituted will also start to reinforce the attacking duet of Rooney and Carlos Tevez who at this time of the year is unsettled after failing to secure a contract extension with |Manchester united
Sir Alex Ferguson said no more slip ups.The Premier league is in the hands of Manchester United which is fighting to equal the record title held by Liverpool so many years ago
